Prydwen is a highly respected educational and business coach. She is a television commentator and the first woman President and Chair of the Executive Board of the National Eisteddfod of Wales. Through her professional experiences in developing effective leaders, Prydwen knows what it takes to ‘grow’ teams. She has the ability to translate her experience into a compelling and inspiring philosophy.

Prydwen followed a relatively conventional path up the promotional ladder. After attending a life changing Personal Leadership in Management Programme at the Leadership Trust, she swiftly changed direction. In the space of six years, she completed two Masters Degrees and a PhD as well as qualifying as a lead inspector of schools in both England and in Wales.
